Refund policy
Online Orders:
We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at jardin.josie@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
All mailed exchanges will still follow our $5 flat rate shipping.
Pop-up Sales:
All sales except for denim are final sales due to the discounted pricing and ability to try on in person. Denim is able to be exchanged within 14 days for a different size only! If the requested size is not available then we will go ahead and exchange for a like style. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Most of our jewelry items are handcrafted and made with love, treat them with the same love and they will last a lifetime. Some of our items can be delicate and dainty by design so we do ask you to take proper precautions and care of these items to prevent damaging them. If damage does occur, contact us immediately with the photo and a brief summary of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and try our best to make it right. Please be aware if photo displays signs of normal wear and tear, the return may be denied. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email our team as soon as possible so that we can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items
Sale Items along with other certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and products listened under our final sale tab. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
