Shipping policy

Enjoy FREE USPS shipping on all domestic orders over $50 dollars before taxes. 

Orders for shipments within the U.S. will be processed in 1 to 3 days from order date. We process orders Tuesday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays. Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for USPS Ground shipments. Expedited shipping will only accelerate the shipping process, please allow 1 to 3 business days for orders to be processed!

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all vouchers and discounts are applied. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Jardín is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 

At this time we are only shipping orders to the U.S but we are looking into expanding to worldwide shipping soon. Thank you for your continued support.
