You don’t have to be a makeup artist to get the defined, bold look only a gel eyeliner can give. For a smokey look, smudge out the eyeliner immediately after application, then let it dry down for an all-day wear. Sharpen before application to get precise lines.

How to Use:

Draw a line from the inner to outer corner of eyelid.

Glide pencil from inner corner to outer corner of the eye, keeping the pencil close to the lash line.

For a smudged-out look, use a smudging brush and blend out the liner before it sets.

Sharpen as needed.
